Born in St. Thomas US Virgin Islands, Kahlid always possessed an affinity for theater. In his community, he reprised the roles in numerous community plays since the age of 13. As a young adult he received the Best Actor Award for his portrayal of  "Shoeless" Joe Hardy in the musical "Damn Yankees".

 

In 2009, he moved to Korea to teach English, where he was noticed by a young director and delivered his most noteworthy performance as Tourist Husband in the Korean blockbuster Fabricated City. 

 

Kahlid received training in Chubbuck Technique at Tcherkin Studios, Audition Training at Own The Room Coaching and Private Training at Book From Tape Studios and ClassAct Studios in Orlando. He has been working in the film industry for over 12 years.

 

Fun Fact: Kahlid enjoys snorkeling, scuba diving and spending time with his 7-month-old twin nieces.
