
Kevin Garcia has been busy since moving to Florida from Puerto Rico to earn his BFA in Film at University of Central Florida a few years back. Applying his certified experience in graphic art and design, he has served as director of photography for a series of successful projects including Lisa Mill’s Documentary ‘Son of a Sweeper’ filmed over the course of three weeks across several villages along the northeastern India and Omar Young's documentary ‘Takes Four Years To Grow Coffee’ about the struggles of Puerto Rican coffee growers to recover from the catastrophic results of Hurricane Maria. Which recently premiered in the 2021 Florida Film Festival. Nowadays, Kevin works as a freelancer in the camera and lighting department for film and TV. Having worked on projects for NASA, WWE, Sunny’s BBQ, First Watch and ABC just to name a few.
